Unisphere HQ Limited ("UnisphereHQ", "we", "us", "our") is committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. This policy explains how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our web application at unispherehq.com and within our mobile applications. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy. Analytics

Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies for tracking. It collects anonymous, aggregated data only. We do not use Vercel Speed Insights or any other web performance tracking that sets cookies.
We also collect first-party usage analytics (page views, feature usage, device type, session context) which are batched in browser storage and sent to our own servers. These events are associated with your session and user ID to help us understand how the platform is used.
Error Monitoring

3. Third-Party Services
UnisphereHQ integrates with third-party services that may set their own cookies or use local storage:
- Stripe — Sets cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention when you interact with payment forms.
- Supabase — Uses local storage and cookies for authentication state management.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
4. Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage for:
- Authentication state — Secure session tokens and user authentication (such as Supabase session tokens)
- Application state — Persisted user preferences and authenticated session data
- Theme and appearance — Light/dark mode and display preferences
- UI preferences — Sidebar state, muted groups, notification settings, and similar interface customisations
- Messaging caches — Conversation state and initialisation data for faster loading
- Search history — Recent and per-conversation search terms
- Session management — First-load detection, splash screen state, and page visit tracking (session storage)
- Analytics — Batched first-party usage events before transmission to our servers
- PWA state — Progressive web app install and update prompts
- Invite and onboarding — Pending community invite codes during signup
5. Mobile App
The UnisphereHQ native mobile application does not use cookies. Session persistence is maintained via a session ID stored in local app storage on your device. Authentication tokens are stored securely using your device's keychain or secure enclave.
